Project Description: Complete demolition of interior space for two buildings, removal of concrete slabs and exterior walls in recreation building, and construction of new concrete foundation, masonry wall, and slab to enlarge recreation building. Interior build-out consisted of offices, kitchen, (4) ADA group restrooms, play room, and common area. Scope also included new metal roof, MEP upgrade, site work, ADA ramps, and site lighting.
