Project Description: Complete renovation of private K5 Elementary School and up grading the two Story building to comply with new fire and safety codes. Renovating the Classroom, corridors, and creating two hour stair enclosure for direct exit to outside. Scope also included ADA renovation of group restroom with high end finishes and fixtures and MEP upgrade.
